Corn Crisps

¾ c corn flour
¼ t salt
¼ c boiling water
1 oz ghee or butter

Preheat the oven to 350.  Put ghee in ceramic bowl in oven to melt.  Put tea kettle on to boil.  Grind corn (1 c corn = 1.75 c corn flour).  Measure corn flour and add salt.  Rub some ghee on a cookie sheet.  When ghee in oven is melted, add flour/salt mix to that bowl and stir, then add boiling water and stir.  Make dough into 7 or 8 balls about 1 inch diameter.  Put them on cookie sheet and flatten to 1/8 to 1/4 inch.  Bake for 20 minutes.  This is enough for 2 people.
